Refund and Returns Policy

At Anna Jennifer, we believe in honesty and transparency. Please read this policy carefully to know when refunds, returns, and replacements are allowed.
🚫 No General Returns
- We do not accept product returns once the order is delivered and accepted.
- Please check size, color, product description, and images carefully before ordering.
🔄 When You Can Get a Replacement
We allow replacement of items only in special cases, such as:
- Wrong item sent (different product or color from what you ordered).
- Damaged product received.
- Missing item in the parcel.
- Big difference from what was confirmed (example: major color difference).
👉 In these cases:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send us clear photos or a short video of the issue.
- After verification, we will send you a replacement for that product only.
💰 When Refund is Possible
Refunds are given only in the below situations:
- Order cancelled before dispatch (full refund).
- Replacement is not possible because the product is out of stock.
- Shipment is refused/undeliverable – refund will be made after deducting shipping charges.
⏳ Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
- Refund time: 7–10 working days after approval.
❌ When Refund/Replacement is Not Possible
- You change your mind about style, size, or color.
- You ordered by mistake but still accepted the product.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Delay due to courier services or reasons not under our control.
📦 Refusing / Returning Shipments
- If you refuse to take delivery or the parcel is returned because you were not available:
- You will have to pay both forward and return shipping charges.
- Refund, if any, will be processed only after deducting these charges.
