When You Can Cancel Your Order

  • You can cancel your order only before we dispatch (send) it from our warehouse. (Standard sizes & colors only)
  • If you wish to cancel, contact our Customer Support Team immediately by:

When You Cannot Cancel

  • Once the order is dispatched/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you refuse the delivery at your doorstep, the parcel will come back to us.
    • In such cases, we will deduct the shipping cost of both sending and return from your paid amount before processing a refund.

⚠️ Special Cases

  1. Customized / Pre-Ordered Items
    • Orders made specially for you (personalized, customized, or pre-ordered) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
    • Example: If you request a special color/design not in regular stock, it cannot be cancelled later.
  2. Delay from Our Side
    • If your order is not dispatched within 10 working days, you may cancel and request a full refund.
    • Exceptions: Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or other situations beyond our control.
