Cancellation Policy

At Anna Jennifer, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains clearly when you can cancel an order and what happens after cancellation.
✅ When You Can Cancel Your Order
- You can cancel your order only before we dispatch (send) it from our warehouse. (Standard sizes & colors only)
- If you wish to cancel, contact our Customer Support Team immediately by:

❌ When You Cannot Cancel
- Once the order is dispatched/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you refuse the delivery at your doorstep, the parcel will come back to us.
- In such cases, we will deduct the shipping cost of both sending and return from your paid amount before processing a refund.
⚠️ Special Cases
- Customized / Pre-Ordered Items
- Orders made specially for you (personalized, customized, or pre-ordered) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Example: If you request a special color/design not in regular stock, it cannot be cancelled later.
- Delay from Our Side
- If your order is not dispatched within 10 working days, you may cancel and request a full refund.
- Exceptions: Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or other situations beyond our control.
